How do I create an account?
Download the Venjns app from Google Play, open it, and tap "Create Account." Enter your name, email, and a secure password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link and you're in.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
How does private messaging work?
Private messages on Venjns are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and the person you're messaging can read them. We cannot access private message content.
How do I report a user or content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select "Report." Choose the reason that best describes the issue and submit. Our moderation team reviews reports and responds typically within 24–48 hours.
How do I monetize my content?
Creators can enable monetization in Settings > Creator Tools. You'll need to connect a payment method and agree to creator terms. You'll receive payments for gifts and supported content directly.
Is Venjns available on iPhone?
Currently, Venjns is available on Android. An iOS version is in development. You can sign up to be notified when it launches.
How do I appeal a moderation decision?
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned incorrectly, email support@venjns.com with your username and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
