Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Venjns, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These terms apply to all users everywhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Venjns (16 in some regions)
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and don't share account access
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to evade bans isn't allowed
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Acceptable Use

Venjns is a place for genuine conversation and community. You can:

• Share opinions, ideas, and creative work
• Connect with others who share your interests
• Disagree, debate, and engage critically with ideas
• Build communities around topics you care about
• Monetize your content through the tools we provide

We ask that you engage in good faith and treat others with basic respect, even when you disagree.

What's Not Allowed

The following content and behaviors are prohibited on Venjns:

Harmful content

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Incitement to violence against specific people or groups
• Content that facilitates illegal activities

Misinformation & spam

• Deliberate spreading of dangerous medical misinformation
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or fake account networks
• Automated spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Scams or deceptive practices targeting other users

Privacy violations

• Sharing another person's private information without consent
• Stalking or tracking another person's activity to harm them
• Distributing intimate images without consent

Your Content

You own the content you post on Venjns. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

You're responsible for the content you share. Make sure you have the right to post it and that it follows our guidelines.

You can delete your content at any time. Deleted content is removed from public view immediately, though it may remain in backups for a short period.

Moderation

We review reports from users and take action when content or behavior violates these terms. Actions may include content removal, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

We try to be consistent and fair. If you believe action was taken against your account in error, you can appeal by contacting support@venjns.com.

We may also remove content that we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to the community or violates the spirit of these guidelines, even if not explicitly listed.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your settings. We'll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, or that are used for illegal activity.

Liability

Venjns is provided as-is. While we work hard to keep the platform reliable, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for content posted by users.

We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
